Tell us about yourself!
I grew up knowing I wanted to be in the retail industry, and being able to be apart of a career that mixes retail with weddings?! YES PLEASE! I’ve been with One Fine Day for 6 months and have met the most amazing people, both coworkers and brides. I am a graduate from Indiana University Bloomington (Go Hoosiers!) and was a part of the Delta Gamma sorority there. I can quote any Seinfeld episode and watch too much YouTube. I enjoy running, cycling, a big bowl of pasta, gold jewelry, and a good cold can of Pepsi. I have a 10 pound Havanese dog Teddi who is responsible for all of my “You have no storage left” notifications on my phone due to me taking a photo of her every 5 seconds.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Making brownies or cake just to eat the batter *queue Salmonella to hit me soon*
What is the one accessory every bride should wear?
I don’t think a bride can ever go wrong with a veil. It just gives you that extra touch that makes anyone look so bridal! I also love when people do the something new, something old, something blue, and something borrowed tradition and being able to incorporate special pieces from special people on your big day.
What bridal look do you love?
There is something about a ballgown that is full of lace that just makes me swoon. Lace is such a traditional detail, but can be modern in the style of lace chosen, which I love. The ballgown silhouette just adds some extra drama to your wedding day, because after all, when else do you have the excuse to get away with a dress like that?!
What's your favorite dessert?
A chocolate fudge brownie sundae! (my mouth is watering just saying that)
Where would you love to travel to?
Japan! I’ve always been fascinated with the culture there and a good plate of sushi doesn’t sound too bad either.
